Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced International Recruiter with 24 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment for international clients. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for international clients.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, Boolean searches, referrals, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates across different time zones.
• Manage salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and candidate follow-ups until joining.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
• Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of open positions.
• Communicate effectively with clients, candidates, and internal stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 2-4 years of experience in international recruitment.
• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn, job portals, and Boolean search.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
