International Purchase Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Research and identify potential international suppliers using Google, LinkedIn, trade directories, company websites, and industry associations
• Build and maintain a database of verified suppliers
• Contact suppliers via email, phone, and LinkedIn to introduce the company and request quotations
• Follow up with suppliers to obtain pricing, product details, certifications, and commercial information
• Verify supplier credibility through company websites, business registrations, certifications, and online research
• Maintain accurate records of supplier communications and follow-up activities in Excel
• Coordinate with the procurement team during supplier evaluation and onboarding
• Prepare sourcing reports and update management on supplier search progress
• Learn and understand international procurement processes, shipping terms, and import documentation

Required Skills

• Excellent internet research skills
• Good verbal and written communication in English
• Strong learning attitude and willingness to work with international suppliers
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to organize information and manage multiple follow-ups
• Confidence in communicating with people from different countries

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with internship or project experience in procurement, sourcing, international business, or supply chain will have an added advantage.
