Role Summary:

• Entry-level outbound sales role responsible for engaging Canada-based customers, promoting telecom products/services, and driving revenue through consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make high-volume outbound calls to prospective and existing customers
• Promote telecom products (plans, upgrades, bundles, retention offers)
• Understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Handle objections and rejections professionally
• Maintain accurate CRM records (calls, conversions, follow-ups)
• Ensure compliance with scripts, quality, and process standards
• Deliver strong customer experience while maximizing revenue

• Basic system/CRM handling

Eligibility:

• Graduate (flexible based on communication skills) - B.com, BBA, BA, BFM.
• 0-2 years of experience (freshers welcome; BPO/sales preferred)
