Position: Process Associate Soundboard Process
Process: US Process
Location: Kolkata
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Shift: Night Shift
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Week Off: 2 Rotational Days

Job Role

• Handle a US-based process using a soundboard system.
• Use predefined voice responses/sound clips as per the process requirements.
• Follow the given process guidelines and call-flow instructions.
• Maintain accuracy, productivity, and quality standards.
• Ensure proper handling of each interaction as per the process.

Candidate Requirements

• Good communication and listening skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Comfortable working in night shifts.
• Willing to work from office in Kolkata.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Candidates should be comfortable using a soundboard-based process.
