**Position:** Customer Support – Non-Voice Process

**Work Location:** Kokapet, Hyderabad

Eligibility

* Any Undergraduate / Graduate / Post Graduate

* Freshers can apply

* Candidates with **1+ year of Customer Support experience** preferred

Salary

* **Freshers:** 3 LPA – 4 LPA

* **Experienced:** 4.5 LPA – 5 LPA

Work Details

* Rotational Night Shifts

* **1-Way Cab Facility** – up to 25 KM

* Customer support / non-voice process

Selection Process

**HR Screening → SVAR/Versant → Typing Test → Manager Round**

Key Skills

* Good written and verbal communication

* Strong typing skills

* Customer service orientation

* Ability to work in rotational night shifts

* Basic computer knowledge

* Good problem-solving and customer-handling skills
