CTC: 28,000 to 32,000/month (Maximum)

Night Shift Allowance: Applicable

Shift: Rotational 247 Shifts

Working Days: 5 Days a Week | Rotational Offs

About the Role:
We are looking for Customer Support Associates to join our International Email Process (Pure Backend / Non-Voice) team in Kolkata. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with international customer support experience who want to build a long-term career with strong growth opportunities, international exposure and a professional work environment.

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ years of International Customer Support experience Mandatory
• Email / Non-Voice / Backend experience preferred.
• Excellent written English communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good typing speed and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in rotational 247 shifts, including night shifts.
• Male candidates only.
