Role & Responsibilities

• Handle international customer queries through email, chat, and other non-voice channels.
  
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
  
• Maintain professional written communication and service quality.
  
• Understand customer issues and provide appropriate solutions.
  
• Escalate complex cases to the concerned team when required.
  
• Maintain proper records and update customer information accurately.
  
• Work in rotational/night shifts as per business requirements.
  

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduates and Undergraduates can apply.
  
• Freshers are welcome.
  
• Excellent English communication skills, especially written English.
  
• Good typing, comprehension, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Comfortable working in an international BPO/customer support environment.
  
• Willing to work in rotational/night shifts.
