Job Summary:

We are looking for a commercially driven International Sales & Marketing professional with experience in bulk/ Speciality chemicals. The role focuses on driving high-volume export sales, managing global distributor networks, optimizing pricing strategies, and ensuring efficient supply chain coordination across international markets.(Specifically in USA Market)

Timings - USA Shift - 4:30pm to 1:00am

Work Mode - Work from Office

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Volume Growth

1. Drive international sales of bulk/commodity chemicals through distributors, traders, and direct customers
2. Handle large-scale inquiries, RFQs, and contract negotiations
3. Manage long-term supply agreements and spot business

Market Development

1. Expanding presence in new territories and Nurturing existing clients
2. Track global supply-demand trends, price fluctuations, and competitor activity

Client & Channel Management

1. Build strong relationships with international traders, importers, and bulk buyers
2. Manage repeat business, contracts, and payment cycles
3. Negotiate credit terms and ensure timely collections

Marketing & Market Intelligence

1. Represent the company at international trade fairs and B2B meetings
2. Gather real-time market intelligence on pricing, demand, and regulatory changes

Required Skills & Competencies

1. Strong understanding of bulk chemical trading and international markets
2. Expertise in pricing, negotiation, and high-volume deal closure
3. Commercial acumen with focus on margins
4. Ability to work with traders, distributors, and large industrial buyers
5. Strong analytical and decision-making skills in dynamic market conditions

Qualifications

1. Bachelors degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
2. MBA in International Business / Marketing preferred
