Job Purpose
- International Marketing Specialist
Roles Responsibilities
- Develop product-wise business plans to achieve sales and profitability targets
- Develop marketing strategies based on the companys business plan
- Identify new markets and new customers for target products
- Increase market share of products
- Strengthen the companys image and its products, services, and outreach plan
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Build product, industry, and market knowledge and understanding
- Find new applications for products
- Provide timely sales positions based on market intelligence
- Increase participation of contractual customers
- Identify new value propositions for customers and design plans to deliver them
- Ensure quality and timely delivery of products to customers
- Manage leads, inquiries, and orders
- Identify USPs and differentiators of proprietary products and communicate them to customers
- Review team performance periodically, ensuring guidance, corrective and motivational feedback, departmental budget management, and monitoring across different cultures and locations
- Review business at regular intervals
- Review order risks and manage risk-return balance
- Market representation and deal-making to increase sales
- Manage accounts receivable
- Customer satisfaction and complaint resolution
- Cross-functional interface with Procurement, Risk, Finance, Logistics, and Operations
- Branch operations management
Qualifications
- B.Com / BBA / B.E. / B.Tech + MBA in Marketing
