International Marketing Manager

Role & responsibilities

Develop new international customers, distributors, importers, and business partners.

Identify and develop new export markets for plastic bags and packaging products.

Generate international sales enquiries through market research, online platforms, references, exhibitions, and other channels.

Manage the complete export sales cycle from enquiry generation to order execution and payment collection.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with overseas customers.

Prepare and negotiate quotations, commercial terms, payment terms, and contracts.

Coordinate with production, quality, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely execution of export orders.

Monitor international market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual export sales targets.

Travel internationally, whenever required, for customer meetings, exhibitions, market development, and business expansion.

Maintain proper records of customers, enquiries, quotations, orders, and sales pipeline.

Ensure compliance with export documentation and applicable international trade requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

5--10 years of relevant experience in international sales / export marketing.

Experience in the plastics, packaging, plastic bags, or related manufacturing industry is preferred.

Strong knowledge of international B2B sales and business development.

Experience in handling overseas customers, distributors, importers, and agents.

Good understanding of export documentation, logistics, and international payment terms.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

Strong market-development and lead-generation abilities.

Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Candidates with an established international customer network will be preferred.
