We are looking for candidates with 4 to 6 years of relevant International IT Sales experience who have worked with an IT Services / Software Development / Technology company.

The candidate must have hands-on experience making outbound calls through a dialer, handling a high volume of calls, pitching IT services to international prospects, generating qualified leads, and scheduling meetings with CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, Founders, Directors, and other senior decision-makers.

Candidates without prior IT Services Sales experience and dialer-based outbound calling experience are requested NOT to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make high-volume outbound calls using a dialer to prospects in international markets, primarily the US.
• Handle a significant number of calls on a daily basis and maintain consistent calling activity.
• Pitch the company's IT services and technology solutions to prospective clients.
• Generate new business opportunities through cold calling and outbound prospecting.
• Identify and connect with CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, CIOs, Founders, Directors, VPs, and Heads of Technology.
• Engage prospects in meaningful sales conversations and understand their business/technology requirements.
• Schedule qualified meetings with senior decision-makers for the Sales/Business Development team.
• Handle objections and effectively communicate the company's IT services and value proposition.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects through calls and emails.
• Research target companies and identify appropriate decision-makers.
• Maintain accurate prospect information, call activities, follow-ups, and meeting details in the CRM.
• Achieve daily and monthly targets for outbound calls, conversations, qualified leads, and meetings booked.
• Work closely with the Sales/Business Development team to ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities.

Mandatory Experience & Skills

• 4 to 6 years of relevant experience in International IT Sales / IT Services Sales / International Business Development / IT Inside Sales.
• Mandatory experience working with an IT Services, Software Development, IT Consulting, SaaS, or Technology company.
• Mandatory hands-on experience making outbound calls using a dialer/calling platform.
• Experience handling high-volume outbound calls on a daily basis.
• Proven experience in international IT sales pitching and lead generation.
• Experience selling or pitching IT services to US/international clients.
• Proven experience in scheduling meetings with CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, Founders, Directors, or other C-level decision-makers.
• Strong understanding of IT/technology services such as:

• Excellent spoken English and strong business communication skills.
