Job Overview We are looking for a results-driven International Inbound Sales Executive/Specialist to handle and convert international leads for our IT/software solutions.
Key Responsibilities - Handle and qualify international inbound leads from USA, UK, Canada, Australia & Middle East.
- Respond to leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable IT/software solutions.
- Conduct product demos, follow-ups, negotiations and close sales.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects and manage the sales pipeline.
- Update and maintain lead/client information in CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
