International Flight Sales Executive Remote

Role & responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and online platforms.
• Sell international airline tickets to customers, primarily travelling between Canada and India.
• Understand customers travel requirements and recommend suitable flights and fares.
• Provide accurate airfare quotations, flight schedules, baggage information, and booking conditions.
• Actively follow up with potential customers and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Handle customer objections, negotiate professionally, and close sales.
• Maintain accurate customer information, booking details, and follow-up records in the companys CRM.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the Canadian ticketing team to finalize reservations and issue tickets.
• Provide professional customer service before and after the booking.

Preferred candidate profile

• Previous experience as a Travel Sales Consultant, Flight Booking Agent, Air Ticketing Sales Executive, or Travel Sales Executive.
• Experience selling international flight tickets to Canadian customers.
• Knowledge of Amadeus, Galileo, or other GDS systems is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Experience working in a travel agency, call centre, or international travel sales environment.
• Familiarity with airline pricing, baggage policies, and booking procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong sales skills and experience selling airline tickets or travel services.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Punjabi, and Hindi.
• Confident handling customer inquiries and closing sales over phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Understanding of international airline routes, especially CanadaIndia travel.
• Ability to provide quotations, follow up with leads, and convert customers into bookings.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Comfortable using computers, email, WhatsApp, and CRM software.
