Key Responsibilities

Teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate medical students

Conduct lectures, tutorials, practical sessions and clinical teaching

Supervise students during clinical rotations and practical training, where applicable

Participate in curriculum development, assessment and examinations

Mentor undergraduate and postgraduate students

Conduct research and contribute to publications and conferences

Participate in departmental and institutional academic activities

Contribute to quality assurance and accreditation activities

For senior faculty positions, supervise postgraduate/research students and contribute to departmental and academic leadership

Qualifications & Experience

Recognized medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with postgraduate qualification in the relevant specialty

MD/MS or equivalent specialist/postgraduate qualification, as applicable

PhD or additional academic/research qualifications may be preferred for certain positions

Relevant teaching and/or clinical experience

Current or previous professional medical registration, as applicable

Research publications and postgraduate supervision experience will be advantageous for senior academic positions

Candidates should be able to meet the professional registration/licensing requirements of the destination country for positions involving clinical practiceRole & responsibilities
