Sutherland is hiring for an International Email Process for its Travel Claims operations at Airoli, Navi Mumbai.

The role involves handling customer queries related to travel claims and baggage claims through email and providing accurate, timely resolutions while maintaining high customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries related to travel and baggage claims through email.
• Understand customer concerns and provide accurate resolutions as per process guidelines.
• Review claim-related information and verify relevant details.
• Maintain accuracy and quality while responding to customers.
• Meet defined productivity, quality, and turnaround-time targets.
• Follow company policies, process guidelines, and data-security standards.
• Maintain professional communication with customers at all times.

Eligibility

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Initially 6 months contract role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good email-writing and comprehension skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Willingness to work in rotational/assigned shifts.
• Candidates should reside within 25 km of Airoli, Navi Mumbai.

Shift Timings

• 7:00 AM 4:00 PM
• 4:30 PM – 1:30 AM
