We are hiring for International Customer Support & Sales Executives for an International Voice Process in Hyderabad.

The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle international customers while identifying sales and upselling opportunities.

Location- Hyderabad (Manikonda)

Role -

1. International Customer Support Executive

2. International Sales

Salary- Up to 4LPA

Roles & Responsibilities-

• Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Resolve customer queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Identify sales, upselling and cross-selling opportunities during customer interactions.
• Explain products/services and convert potential leads into customers.
• Achieve assigned sales, productivity and quality targets.
• Maintain accurate customer information and interaction details in CRM.
• Handle customer objections and provide effective solutions.

Candidate Requirements-

• Excellent English communication is mandatory.
• Experience in International Voice / International BPO / Customer Support / Sales for minimum of 6 months preferred.
• Candidates with International Voice or Sales experience will have an advantage.
• Strong convincing, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
• Customer-oriented with good listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in US rotational shifts, including night shifts.
• Basic computer knowledge and good typing skills.
• Candidates from BPO, Customer Service, International Voice, Telesales or Inside Sales backgrounds can apply.

Compensation-

Maximum CTC: 4 LPA

Performance incentives may be applicable as per process.
