International Customer Support Executive

We are looking for an experienced International Customer Support Executive to join our voice process team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 months of experience handling international customers over voice and possess excellent communication and customer-handling skills.

Position: International Customer Support Executive Voice Process
Location: Noida (Sector 144)

Salary: Up to 4.3 LPA

Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process
Working Days: 5 days a week
Shift: Rotational shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from international customers.
• Understand customer queries and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience through professional and courteous communication.
• Handle customer complaints and escalations effectively.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update relevant information in the system.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
• Willingness to work from the Noida location.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in a 5-day working environment.
