JOB ROLE: Customer Service Associate Chat Support

We are hiring Customer Service Associates for our International Chat Process.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries through live chat in a professional and timely manner.
  
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate product and service solutions.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues by providing accurate information.
  
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous support.
  
• Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously while meeting response time targets.
  
• Update and maintain accurate customer records and interaction logs in the CRM system.
  
• Follow company policies, quality standards, and data privacy guidelines.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  
• Achieve key performance metrics including CSAT, FRT, AHT, and resolution rate.
  

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

• Education: 10+2 is mandatory.
  
• Diploma (3 years), Undergraduates, BE/B.Tech, and Graduates from any stream are eligible.
  
• Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
  
• International Chat Process experience is mandatory.
  
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
