Job Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
• Understand and resolve customer concerns effectively.
• Provide correct and complete information to customers.
• Maintain professional communication and service standards.
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues when necessary.
• Work according to rotational/night shift requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to communicate confidently with international customers.
• Comfortable working in an international BPO environment.
• Willing to work in rotational/night shifts.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
