Profile : International Customer Service Executive

Salary : 24k to 35k ctc

Rotational shifts

Preferred Candidate Profile :

Fluency in English is must.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely, professional support through email, phone, chat, and other communication channels.
• Communicate with international customers and understand their requirements, concerns, and expectations.
• Manage customer orders, queries, complaints, returns, refunds, and service requests.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, pricing, availability, delivery timelines, and company policies.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Logistics, Operations, Finance, and Production to resolve customer issues.
• Track international orders and shipments and keep customers updated on delivery status.
