Job Responsibilities

• Handle calls and queries from international customers.
• Provide accurate and professional customer support.
• Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively.
• Maintain call quality and meet process targets.
• Follow company policies, SOPs, and process guidelines.
• Update customer information and call details in the system.

What Were Looking For

• Excellent English communication skills mandatory.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and professional communication.
• Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Customer-focused attitude.
• Comfortable working in international voice processes.
• Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.
• Prior international BPO/customer support experience is preferred.
