Job Description
We are hiring for an **International Voice Process – Cloud Sales** role in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have experience in **Sales & Lead Generation**, preferably in the **Cloud/IT domain**, with strong communication and customer-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle **international customers** through voice process.
* Generate and qualify leads for **Cloud-based solutions/services**.
* Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable cloud solutions.
* Achieve assigned **sales and lead-generation targets**.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
* Follow up with leads and convert opportunities into sales.
* Understand and communicate cloud technology solutions effectively.
Eligibility Criteria
* Graduate candidates can apply.
* **BCA / MCA / B.Tech** candidates preferred.
* Minimum **1 year of experience in Sales & Lead Generation**.
* Experience in **Cloud Sales / IT Sales** will be highly preferred.
* Candidates having experience with **AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Oracle Cloud** are preferred.
* **Excellent communication skills in English** are mandatory.
* Strong convincing, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
* Comfortable working in **rotational shifts**.
