Salary:

Manikonda - 3 LPA - 4 LPA

Hi-tech & Poocharam - 15k -20k in- hand

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: Any Graduate ( with all documents & without any backlogs
• Freshers & Experienced both are eligible
• Good communication skills in Fluent Hindi & English (Mandatory)
• Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts
• Immediate Joiners Required

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Assist customers by answering questions and providing accurate information.
• Handle complaints and resolve problems quickly and professionally.
• Process customer requests such as orders, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through polite, helpful, and effective communication.
