International Customer Service Executive – Voice Process (Night Shift)

[24]7.ai is hiring International Customer Service Executives for US/Australia voice processes. This is a full-time, permanent role based out of Marathahalli, Bangalore, ideal for candidates with strong English communication skills and a willingness to work night shifts.

Job Location:

Shift & Work Schedule:

• Full-time
• Night Shift (US/Australia Process)
• 5 working days
• 2 rotational week-offs
• 2-way cab facility provided

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound international customer calls
• Provide accurate information and effective issue resolution
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Graduate / Undergraduate
• 0–3 years of experience in international voice processes
• Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
• Willingness to work night shifts
• Age limit: 18–30 years

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: 25,000 – 30,000 per month (for experienced candidates)
• Permanent role
