Salary:
• Freshers: Up to 3 LPA
• Experienced: Up to 4 LPA

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and concerns professionally through voice support.
• Assist US customers with accurate information and effective solutions.
• Understand customer requirements and provide first-call resolution wherever possible.
• Maintain a high standard of customer experience and satisfaction.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, active listening and problem-solving skills.
• Accurately document customer interactions and update information in the system.

Candidate Profile

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Graduates/Undergraduates with strong communication skills can be considered.
• Excellent spoken English and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and good typing skills.
• Comfortable communicating with US/international customers.
• Willingness to work in US/night and rotational shifts.
• Candidates who are customer-centric, adaptable and eager to learn are preferred.
