Salary Package:Up to 4.5 LPA

Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Shift: Rotational Shifts

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls, emails, or chat, depending on process requirements.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.
• Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Resolve customer issues within the defined timelines and quality standards.
• Follow company policies, process guidelines, and service-level requirements.
• Maintain customer records and update relevant information in the system.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve performance and customer satisfaction targets.
