Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for our Premium International Travel Process. The role involves assisting international customers with travel-related queries while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria

* Education: Graduate / Undergraduate both eligible

* Experience: Freshers & Experienced candidates can be considered as per process requirements

* Communication: Excellent English communication skills are mandatory

* Comfortable working in a 247 rotational shift environment, primarily evening and night shifts

* Willingness to work 5 days a week with 2 rotational week-offs

Compensation

* CL 11: Up to 3.90 LPA, with up to 30% hike on existing CTC, subject to eligibility

* CL 12: Up to 3.50 LPA, with up to 30% hike on existing CTC for candidates with less than 1 year of experience

* Salary/hike will be subject to experience, current CTC and company policy.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle international customer queries related to travel and bookings.

* Provide accurate and timely assistance to customers.

* Maintain professional communication and deliver excellent customer service.

* Resolve customer concerns while adhering to process guidelines.

* Meet quality and performance parameters.
