Job Details

• Location: Marathalli
• Shift: US Night Shift (Rotational)
• Salary:
• Freshers: 21,000/month (3 Months contract) or permanent
• Experienced: Up to 39,000/month
• Benefits: 2-Way Cab Facility + Attractive Incentives + Growth Opportunities

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls professionally and provide exceptional support.
• Resolve customer queries related to products, services, billing, and account-related concerns.
• Deliver accurate information while ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Update customer interactions and case details in CRM systems.
• Meet quality standards and performance metrics such as CSAT, AHT, and First Call Resolution (FCR).
• Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate support teams when required.

Eligibility

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Experienced candidates with International Voice Process experience are preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working in US Night Shift (Rotational).
