Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an airline voice process supporting airlines operating in Arab countries. Candidates should have strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduates/Undergraduates
• Minimum 9 months of experience required
• Experience in voice customer support
• Good communication and customer-handling skills

Salary & Benefits:

• CTC: 4 4.7 LPA
• In-hand salary: Up to 33,000 per month, depending on last drawn salary
• Both-side cab facility
• 5 days working
• 2 rotational week-offs
• Rotational shifts
