• Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns

• Assist with orders, returns, refunds & product queries

• Ensure high-quality customer experience & satisfaction

• Update and maintain records in CRM systems

• Coordinate with internal teams for quick issue resolution

• Meet process, quality & performance standards

Requirements

• Strong English communication & typing skills

• Good computer knowledge and customer-handling skills

• Strong problem-solving & multitasking abilities

• Customer-focused and comfortable with performance targets

• Willing to relocate and work from office - (Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Indore, Pune)
