• Salary: 2.8 LPA to 3 LPA

Eligibility Criteria For Chat Process:

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Good typing speed
• Graduate & Undergraduate both can apply
• Minimum 6 months international BPO customer service experience is mandatory.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle international customer queries via chat professionally.
• Provide accurate information and resolve issues within defined SLAs.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and follow process guidelines.
• Document interactions and update systems accordingly.
