Roles and Responsibilities GoDaddy

• Handle customer queries related to domain registration, web hosting, and website services.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services.
• Drive sales through upselling and cross-selling of relevant products.
• Provide excellent customer service through effective communication.
• Maintain high standards of verbal and written communication with minimal grammatical errors.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.
• Maintain accurate customer information and follow process guidelines.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Comfortable working in night shifts.
• Must be comfortable with sales and upselling.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Experienced candidates should have a clear understanding of their previous experience and performance KPIs.
