Job Summary

We are hiring energetic and customer-centric professionals for our International Non-Voice / Chat Process at Teleperformance Jaipur. In this role, you will interact with global customers via live chat and email to address queries, resolve issues, and ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle real-time incoming chat and email inquiries from international customers in a professional and timely manner.
  
• Understand customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and provide clear, accurate solutions adhering to brand guidelines.
  
• Maintain high quality standards across customer interactions with excellent written communication and typing speed.
  
• Manage customer escalations effectively and coordinate with internal teams when necessary for resolution.
  
• Adhere to schedule adherence, quality compliance, and key performance metrics (CSAT, Resolution Time, FCR).
  

Key Skills & Requirements

• Communication: Excellent written English skills (grammar, vocabulary, and professional tone).
  
• Typing Speed: Good typing speed with high accuracy.
  
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and issue-resolution skills for efficient real-time handling.
  
• Flexibility: Comfortable working in 24/7 rotational shifts and rotational days off.
  
• Availability: Must be ready to join immediately (Monday, 12th October onwards).
  

Qualification & Perks

• Education: Graduate / Undergraduate / Diploma holders (05 years experience).
