Location: Malad East (Training from Malad east or West)

Job Description:

• Handling multiple chat simultaneously from customer and resolve their queries.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Analyze fraud and give resolution.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Good listening and problem solving skills.
• Ability to handle customer with patience and empathy.
