International Chat process

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries through email, chat, or other digital channels in a timely and professional manner.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide accurate information to customers regarding products/services offered by the organization.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.

Job Requirements :

• 0-5 years of experience in non-voice process (email/chat) support role.
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers over various platforms (email/chat).
• Ability to work on an international chat process environment handling multiple conversations simultaneously.
