International Chat process

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat to resolve issues and provide solutions.
• Process customer requests, troubleshoot problems, and escalate complex cases to senior team members when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to queries and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

• 2-8 years of experience in an international BPO environment handling non-voice processes such as email/chat support.
• Strong knowledge of international chat process procedures and protocols.
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers from diverse backgrounds.
