Role: Chat Support Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through international chat support
• Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customers
• Maintain high standards of customer service
• Ensure proper documentation and follow-up of customer interactions

Eligibility:

• HSC freshers are eligible
• Graduate freshers are eligible
• Candidates with 6+ months of relevant BPO/Customer Service experience can apply
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts
