International Chat Process Role

Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for multiple Customer Support and Customer Service roles across reputed BPO/KPO companies in Delhi NCR for both Internation chat process and voice process.

Candidates should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through calls and other communication channels, as per role requirements.
• Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer concerns.
• Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Handle customer complaints patiently and escalate complex issues when required.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Meet performance targets related to customer satisfaction, productivity, and service quality.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Eligibility Criteria

• Good verbal communication skills in English.
• Customer-focused attitude with good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with system navigation.
• Freshers and experienced candidates may apply, depending on the specific opening.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts where applicable.
• Comfortable working from the office in Delhi NCR.

Work Schedule and Benefits

• Working Days: 5 days a week, as per the assigned role.
• Weekly Offs: 2 rotational weekly offs.
• Shifts: Rotational shifts.
• Cab Facility: Two-way cab facility, subject to company and role eligibility.
• Salary Package: 2.5 LPA to 4LPA, depending on experience, skills, and role.
