Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle international chat processes with excellent communication skills in English.
• Provide BPO customer service to clients through email, phone, or chat platforms.
• Process domestic and international emails efficiently, ensuring timely resolution of queries.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

• 0-1 year of experience in an International Chat Process/BPO Customer Service role.
• Excellent communication skills in English (written & spoken).
• Proficiency in handling multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
