International Chat Process/Dual Chat

Roles & Responsibilities

• Chat Management: Handle multiple customer chats at the same time with speed and accuracy.
• Customer Support: Resolve complaints, answer product questions, and guide users through technical steps.
• Upselling & Cross-selling: Spot customer needs during chats and pitch upgraded features, plans, or add-ons.
• Target Achievement: Meet daily and monthly goals for customer satisfaction (CSAT) and sales conversion.
• Documentation: Update customer details and chat logs accurately in the CRM software.

Preferred Candidate

• Minimum 1 yr. experience in the International Voice Process.
• Minimum 1 yr. experience in BPO domain.
• Fluent English required.
• 12th grade can also apply.
• Comfortable with Night shift.
