International Carrier / Wholesale Sales - CPaaS (SMS & Voice)

AcePeak is a Singapore-based telecom and CPaaS company with over 20 years of experience in the industry. We provide international SMS, Voice and communication API services to carriers, aggregators and enterprises around the world. We are looking for an International Carrier / Wholesale Sales professional to grow our global CPaaS business. This is a fully remote role - you can work from anywhere.

Role & responsibilities

- Find and sign new carrier, MNO, aggregator and wholesale partners worldwide for A2P SMS and Voice

- Sell and buy international SMS and Voice routes (A2P SMS, wholesale voice, DIDs, SIP trunking)

- Negotiate rates, volumes, interconnect agreements and commercial terms

- Build and manage long-term relationships with carriers and wholesale partners

- Track traffic, route quality, margins and payments with partner accounts

- Represent AcePeak at international telecom events such as Capacity, ITW and MWC

- Meet monthly and quarterly revenue and traffic targets

- Work closely with NOC, routing and billing teams

Preferred candidate profile

- 2 to 5 years of experience in carrier, wholesale or CPaaS sales

- Strong network of contacts with carriers, MNOs and SMS/voice aggregators

- Good understanding of A2P SMS, wholesale voice, routing, rates and margins

- Experience working with international clients across regions (Asia, Middle East, Africa, Europe, Americas)

- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills

- Self-driven and comfortable working remotely across time zones

- Graduate in any discipline
