WHO CAN APPLY?

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass.
• Caregiving qualification/training of minimum 990 hours including OJT, recognized/supervised by relevant Indian authorities; OR relevant diploma/training in nursing, physiotherapy, nurse assisting or midwifery.
• Accepted backgrounds include GDA, ANM, GNM, B.Sc. Nursing and Post-B.Sc. Nursing.
• Indian citizenship required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and diapering assistance.
• Feeding and eating assistance; food preparation and cooking.
• Mobility assistance, lifting and transferring the care recipient.
• Medication reminders/assistance as permitted.
• Housekeeping, laundry and care-related household assistance.
• Accompanying the care recipient outside the home when required.
• Shopping, errands, supervision and companionship.
• Supporting dignity, comfort, safety and independence of the care recipient.
• Other reasonable care-related duties required by the employer.

LIVE-IN CAREGIVER ROLE

The caregiver will generally live in the employer’s home and remain available to provide care throughout the working week. Reasonable breaks for rest, personal needs and sleep will be provided in accordance with applicable employment terms.

SALARY & BENEFITS

• Gross salary: NIS 6,443.85 per month.
• Medical insurance: By employer.
• Accommodation: By employer, subject to applicable terms.
• Food: By employer, subject to applicable terms.
• Leave benefits: As specified in the applicable employment terms.
• Contract period: Two years, renewable.
• Joining ticket/airfare: By candidate, as per the provided terms.

LEAVE BENEFITS

• 9 days of Israeli religious/national holidays, as applicable.
• 16 days annual vacation.
• Other applicable benefits as per the employment contract.

SELECTION PROCESS

3. Online / video-recorded interview, as applicable.

4. Final selection by the Israeli employer.

5. Medical and visa-related documentation as required.

6. Deployment in accordance with the applicable employment and visa process.
