Job Description

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a Premium International Voice Process. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong English communication skills who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service to international customers.

Location: Manyata / Whitefield, Bangalore
Shift: Night Shift US/UK Process
CTC: 3.5 5.5 LPA + Incentives

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer interactions professionally.
• Verify customer information and resolve queries on the first contact.
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when required.
• Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
• Meet quality, productivity, CSAT, and AHT targets.

Eligibility

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Excellent English communication skills are required.
• Willingness to work in US/UK night shifts.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
