Role & responsibilities :

• Achieve sales budget
• Have necessary contacts developed with the end users / channel partners
• Managing key accounts and implementing highly effective sales strategies, planning and executing corporate strategies pertaining to business operations.
• Develop channel partners where necessary
• Grow SOW and also VAR sales with the channel partners
• Give necessary inputs for contract Review
• Ensure min. margin % and grow further
• Business Intelligence
• Driving new / strategic initiatives in with assigned customers
• Monitoring & controlling operations with respect to cost
• Executing analytical studies to identify pattern and insights for new product launch VP establishment and key customer management.

Liasion with CFT based in India for execution.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Good value based selling skills
• Large Account Management Experience
• Experience in Shipping and offshore industry & rope and slings will be highly desired
• Candidates with Offshore, Shipping, Oil & Gas industry will be preferred.

Experience : 5+Y
