Job Description: International Business Development Manager MENA

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced International Business Development professional to manage and expand business across the MENA region, including GCC, Levant, and North Africa. The role involves distributor management, new market development, product registrations, sales growth, and coordination with Regulatory Affairs and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage existing overseas distributors and achieve territory-wise sales targets.
• Identify and appoint new distributors across MENA markets.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand the company's pharmaceutical formulation portfolio.
• Coordinate product registrations, dossier submissions, and regulatory documentation with the Regulatory Affairs team.
• Handle pricing, quotations, commercial negotiations, and payment terms.
• Coordinate export orders, shipments, collections, and LC/advance payment arrangements.
• Identify and coordinate institutional and Ministry of Health (MoH) tender opportunities.
• Represent the company at international pharmaceutical exhibitions and customer meetings.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, sales performance, and receivables.

Candidate Requirements

• 5- 10 years of experience in International Business Development, Pharmaceutical Exports, or Overseas Sales.
• Proven experience handling MENA markets, particularly GCC and North Africa.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical export business and regional product registration processes.
• Experience in overseas distributor management, commercial negotiations, and market development.
• Knowledge of WHO-GMP markets and MoH tenders will be an advantage.
• Arabic language proficiency will be preferred.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
