We are looking for a dynamic and experienced International Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead and expand our pharmaceutical operations in the West African market. The role involves end-to-end business ownership including P&L management, market development, regulatory coordination, and channel expansion.

Qualifications & Experience

B.Com/ BBA / MBA / M.Pharm / B.Pharm / B.Sc

1020 years of experience in International Pharmaceutical Business

Proven track record of managing one or more international markets

Age Limit: Up to 40 years

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of international pharmaceutical markets

Hands-on experience in exports, product registrations, and tender business

Expertise in Retail, Wholesale, and Counter Sales

Excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills

Sound knowledge of regulatory frameworks (USFDA, EMA, WHO-GMP, and local authorities)

Strong financial acumen with a strategic mindset

High level of cultural adaptability and leadership capability

Pleasing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
