• Identify and approach:
• Companies in Gulf (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman)
• European employers
• Generate leads via:
• LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling
• Close recruitment contracts

2. Business Development & Revenue Growth

• Achieve hiring targets and revenue goals
• Upsell additional services (bulk hiring, training, documentation)

3. Employer Relationship Management

• Maintain long-term relationships with foreign clients
• Understand client manpower requirements
• Ensure repeat business and contracts

4. Market Research & Expansion

• Identify demand trends in:
• Countries (e.g., GCC demand for construction workers)
• Job roles (All Types of Positions)
• Explore new countries and industries

5. Coordination with Recruitment Team

• Work closely with:
• Recruiters
• Sourcing teams
• Documentation & visa processing teams
• Ensure timely delivery of candidates

Communication Skills

• Excellent English communication
• Email drafting & professional proposals
• Cross-cultural communication skills

Relationship & Networking Skills

• Ability to build global connections
• Client retention & trust-building
• Networking via platforms like LinkedIn
• Willing to Travel Abroad
