About this role
We are hiring for a fast-growing, well-funded Agritech company transforming agriculture through AI, IoT and automation.
We are looking for an experienced International Business Development professional with strong Agritech/Agriculture exposure to drive business growth across Southeast Asia and global markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive international B2B sales and business development across SEA, APAC, MENA & Africa.
- Build and manage distributor, channel and strategic partnerships.
- Acquire and develop new international customers and partners.
- Lead complex commercial negotiations and end-to-end deal closure.
- Build relationships with CXOs, business owners, enterprise customers and distributors.
- Identify new markets and drive international expansion.
- Travel internationally for customer and partner meetings.
What We're Looking For
- 6–10 years in International Business Development / Enterprise Sales / Channel Sales.
- Mandatory Agritech/Agriculture industry experience.
- Experience in Agritech, Agri-inputs, Irrigation, Farm Technology, Crop Solutions or related sectors.
- Proven track record of international B2B sales and high-value deal closure.
- Strong experience in distributor/channel partner development.
- Exposure to SEA/APAC/MENA/Africa markets preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel internationally.
