International Business Development Manager / Sr Manager

Position :- International Business Development Manager / Sr Manager

Location: SG Highway, Ahmedabad

Generate and qualify leads through platforms such as LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, email campaigns, and other international channels.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the US, UK, Europe, Australia, the Middle East, and other global markets.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with international prospects and clients.
• Understand client requirements and propose suitable IT solutions and services.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and project estimates.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Coordinate with technical and project delivery teams for requirement gathering and project execution.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms with clients.
• Maintain CRM records and prepare regular sales reports.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Candidate Specification

• Strong experience in international business development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, Upwork, Guru, Fiverr etc. and email outreach.
• Ability to handle international clients and work across different time zones.
• Strong proposal writing and client relationship management skills.
• Exposure with staffing & offshore outsourcing costs. will be given the Ppreference.
