Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Jr. SDR / Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in end-to-end sales. This is a revenue-driven role, requiring strong client communication skills and exposure to international markets (US/UK).

Key Responsibilities
* Manage the complete sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure
* Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in US/UK markets
* Engage with prospects through calls, emails, and virtual meetings
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery
* Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM

Requirements
* Min 2+ years of experience in end-to-end sales / business development
* Mandatory experience working with US/UK clients
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Proven track record in a revenue-driven role
* Ability to work in night shift (6 PM – 3 AM)
